As you are planning your vacation, this additional information may be helpful.
- What time is check-in and check-out?
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is available at 4:00 p.m. check-out time is 10:00 a.m. which allows our cleaners to thoroughly clean each Unit between renters.
- Is there parking is available?
Yes, there is a private parking area in the back for 2 cars, and on street parking on Lake Street for additional cars. For guests staying in the winter months, Lake Street is closed to overnight parking to accommodate plowing.
- Is there a boat rental nearby?
Crystal Lake Marina is 5 minutes from the house. Rent a boat for the week, dock across the street during the day and return to the Marina over night.
- Can I bring my own boat?
- Yes, there is a beautiful town dock for keeping your boat during the day and a trailer launch across the street. However, there is no overnight mooring available. Your boat would need to be launched and pulled each day.
- Where can I store the boat trailer?
There is a public parking lot about a block away behind the Village offices (across the street from The Hungry Tummy). Please do not block access to any businesses.
- Is internet available?
Yes, free WIFI internet is available for surfing the web and checking email. Bandwidth is not suitable for streaming video.
- Do you have air conditioning?
- There are seldom days when air conditioning is required on Crystal Lake, and each unit is equipped with fans. In addition, we have added AC to Units 2, 4, and 6 as we have upgraded our heating system.
- Who do I contact if something goes wrong during our stay?
Linda is the Property Manager and is available to assist you during your stay. I will provide her contact information for your stay.
- Where is the nearest grocery store?

Yes, Crystal Clean Lakeside Laundromat (Self-serve and Drop-off Service) is just a few minutes away.

- Are towels and linens included?
Bed linens and hand towels are included, but we ask that you bring your own bath and beach towels. We are trying to keep rental rates as low as possible and we've heard from guests that most are comfortable bringing their own bath and beach towels. If you are unable to bring towels, we can accommodate your needs.
- Do you offer any special rates?
We offer discounted rates for non-Peak times. This offer is dependent on availability, so please contact us for the dates in which you are interested.
- Do you accept credit cards?
No. We only accept checks, personal or cashiers.
